Previous accomplishments at Omnicell include leading hardware validation processes and introducing rapid prototyping capabilities, significantly reducing development cycle times. With a solid foundation in mechanical engineering and an MBA from the University of Utah, Tom has a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency and fostering organizational success through effective leadership and innovative problem-solving.
