Prior experience includes positions such as Property Works Manager and Senior Construction Specialist at QSR Holdings, Project Manager roles at Woolworths Group, JLL, Landcorp, and Clifton Coney Group, as well as a Project Manager at Sinclair Knight Merz from 2003 to 2006. Marlon holds a degree in Buildings, Construction Management, and Quantity Surveying from the Durban University of Technology.
