Rocco C.

Rocco C. has extensive work experience in IT management and infrastructure. Rocco began their career at Adlink in 1996 as a Network Administrator/Help Desk Supervisor and later became the Manager of LAN & Help Desk. In these roles, they gained experience in IT project management, budgeting, and forecasting. Rocco also designed and managed VMWare infrastructure and a redundant Cisco LAN.

In 2009, Rocco joined The Grammy's as the Manager of Network Administration. Rocco played a crucial role in managing a team of help desk and systems support staff, as well as planning and implementing network, server, and application infrastructure for multiple locations.

Currently, Rocco is the Director of Infrastructure and Security Officer at WPS - Educational and Psychological Assessments. Rocco leads teams responsible for network systems administration, security, and help desk support. Rocco is involved in planning, designing, and implementing the company's internal network, server, security, and application infrastructure. Rocco also manages security and compliance initiatives.

Rocco C. attended Erie Community College from 1989 to 1993, where they studied computer programming, robotics, and general studies. Rocco did not obtain a degree during this time.

In terms of additional certifications, Rocco C. received the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2022. Rocco also obtained the Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) in November 2021. Prior to that, they achieved the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2019.
