Billy McClain

Billy McClain has extensive experience in the petroleum industry, with their most recent role being Refinery Manager at Marathon Petroleum Corporation since 2018. Prior to this, they held various leadership positions at Western Refining, including Vice President and Refinery Manager. Billy also worked at Flint Hills Resources as a Site Integration Manager and Production Manager. Before that, they were with Lyondell-Citgo Refining LP as a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, and Operations Superintendent. Billy started their career as a Process Engineer at ARCO.

Billy McClain received a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston in 1979. From 1994 to 1998, they attended the University of Houston-Clear Lake, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.).
