Mary Lipovan

Director Of Public Health Advocacy at Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging

Mary Lipovan has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 when they became the owner of MCLipovan Anesthesia, LLC. Mary held this role until April 2016. In 2015, Mary joined Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging as an RN, MSN, and worked there until January 2017. Mary then took on the position of Director of Culture Change & Special Projects, followed by their current role as Director of Public Health Advocacy starting in February 2021.

Mary Lipovan completed their Bachelor of Science in Nursing at The University of Akron from 1983 to 1987. Mary then pursued a Master's Degree in Nurse Anesthesia at Case Western Reserve University from 1993 to 1995. In 2018, Mary enrolled at Kent State University and obtained an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they received the certification of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Kent State University in October 2017, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Case Western Reserve University in October 2016, and became a Registered Nurse licensed by the State of Ohio Board of Nursing in February 1988.
