In 2004, they joined Cleveland Clinic South Pointe Hospital again, this time as the Director of Graduate Medical Education. In 2010, they transitioned to Western Reserve Hospital, initially working as the Institutional Educational Officer & Administrative Director of Graduate Medical Education and later becoming the Chief Learning Officer. Their roles at Western Reserve Hospital also included being the Vice President of Organizational Development and Vice President of Professional Services.
