Laura Williams has a diverse range of work experience in the food industry. Laura began their career at Thrushwood Farms Quality Meats in 2012, where they worked as a HACCP Coordinator until 2016. Laura then transitioned to the role of Operations Coordinator until 2020. In 2020, Laura joined Western Smokehouse Partners as the Plant Manager, a position they held until 2022. Following this, they became the R&D/Continuous Improvement Senior Manager until 2023, and they are currently serving as the Director of Research and Development at the same company.
Laura Williams obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2008 to 2012.
