Peter Sikorski

Peter Sikorski, CPA has extensive experience in finance and accounting roles. Peter is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Western Smokehouse Partners, where they oversee financial operations. Prior to this, they held the same position at Lobsterboys, a start-up enterprise focused on lobster technology and seafood storage. In this role, Peter led financial functions and implemented various processes.

Before joining Lobsterboys, Peter worked as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at FreshEdge. Here, they provided financial strategy and performance guidance following a Private Equity purchase.

Peter's previous experience includes serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Get Fresh Produce, a $400M fresh produce distribution company. Peter led the company and played a crucial role in executing business plans.

Earlier in their career, Peter worked as the Director of Finance and Strategic Development at ARAMARK Refreshment Services, where they had full P&L responsibility for a $450M business. Peter also worked at Grubb & Ellis Company, Ameritech, and The Interlake Corporation in various finance and tax roles.

Peter Sikorski, CPA holds a Master of Science degree in Finance, obtained from Northern Illinois University between 1996 and 1998. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Accounting at North Central College from 1993 to 1996. Additionally, they possess a certification as a Certified Public Accountant awarded by the State of Illinois. In 2022, they also received a Realm Academy Metaverse Education Certificate from Everyrealm Inc.
