Greg Kolton has a diverse work experience in banking. greg started their career at Generations Bancorp Inc. in 2004, where they served as Chairman of the Board and CEO until 2011. greg then worked at Bank of Arizona as VP of Business Banking from October 2011 to May 2013. After that, they joined National Bank of Arizona as VP of Commercial Lending from May 2013 to May 2016. greg currently works at Western State Bank as EVP Director of Commercial Lending, starting in May 2016. Before their banking career, Greg briefly worked as a Business Banker from February 2011 to October 2011 and is now retired to travel and enjoy life.

Greg Kolton completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater between 1967 and 1972. greg then pursued a Masters degree in Banking from Rutgers University, specializing in Banking and Financial Support Services, which they completed from 1983 to 1985.
