Steve Erlinger

Steve Erlinger has extensive experience in sales and business brokerage, currently serving as a Sales Commercial Laundry Equipment Specialist at Western State Design since July 2010, where responsibilities include selling commercial laundry equipment for healthcare, hospitality, and laundromats. As the owner of Hale Properties LLC since April 2008, Steve manages a vacation rental property in Kauai. Additionally, since February 1999, Steve has held the position of President/Broker at Coin Laundry Sales and Consultation, focusing on laundromat business brokerage. Steve Erlinger earned a BA in Business from the University of San Diego between 1978 and 1982.
