Paul D. Dunagan

Paul Dunagan has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, having served as President and CEO of Western States Communications since January 1990. Under Paul Dunagan's leadership, the company specializes in the installation and maintenance of 9-1-1 answering points across West and Central Texas, as well as parts of Oklahoma and New Mexico. Prior to this role, Paul Dunagan worked at GTE Southwest from February 1963 to December 1988, where responsibilities included serving as the COE Applications Engineering and Project Conversion Coordinator.
