Maya El Hajjar

Maya El Hajjar is an experienced professional in alumni relations and donor engagement, currently serving as the Alumni Relations Manager at Western Sydney University since November 2020. In addition, Maya holds roles as an Advisory Board Member for the Worldwide Alumni Association of the American University of Beirut and President of the AUB Alumni Australia Chapter, actively fostering alumni engagement. Previously, Maya worked as Assistant Director of Alumni Relations at the American University of Beirut, as a Donor Relations Specialist with UNHCR, and as Grants Manager at Qatar University. Maya's early career included a role as Programme Management Officer at UNDP. Maya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the American University of Beirut and a Master of Business Administration from Lebanese American University.
