Paul Bennett has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the field of marketing and customer experience. Paul most recently served as the Chief Marketing and Experience Officer at Western Sydney University, where they aimed to transform student aspirations into realities and ensure an exceptional academic journey. Prior to this, Paul worked as a Principal at Deloitte Australia and as the GM of Customer Transformation at MLC Life Insurance. Paul also held high-ranking positions at companies such as Capgemini, Metlife Australia, SapientNitro, Frost Design Studio, EuroRSCG, BBDO Proximity, and BBDO. Throughout their career, Paul has focused on driving business growth, developing digital and data capabilities, and enhancing customer-centric strategies for various multinational clients.
Paul Bennett earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from the University of Newcastle, where they studied from 1986 to 1989.
