Mitch Spear

Mitch Spear has over two decades of experience in project and operations management, currently serving as both Project Manager and Operations Manager at Western Tile & Marble since July 2002. In these roles, Mitch oversees a fabrication facility, supervises over 30 personnel, manages project timelines, and coordinates field technicians' schedules. Previously, as Project Manager, Mitch successfully guided projects from estimation to completion, while also managing resource allocation and stakeholder communications. Earlier in the career, Mitch operated as an Account Executive, generating new business and creating sales presentations. Prior experience includes an Inside Sales Account Manager position at Softchoice, focused on driving sales and fulfilling customer orders. Mitch holds a degree from Washington State University, completed in 1999.
