Sagar Jawade

Sagar Jawade is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in the recruitment field, currently serving as Head of Talent Acquisition for both the APAC & ME regions and South Asia at Western since September 2018. Previously, Sagar held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition for India at Globant from June 2017 to August 2018. Sagar's recruitment career began at Persistent Systems in 2007, progressing through various roles including Associate Senior Manager, Manager, and Assistant Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing teams, lateral hiring, and overseeing US hiring operations. Sagar's early career included roles at Avaya, 2COMS, and Zensar, contributing to a strong foundation in recruitment and customer service. Sagar holds a Master's degree in Management Science from IMSSR and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Hislop College.
