Gail Evans Grayson, Ed.D has a diverse work experience in the field of education and social services. Gail started their career at the University of Phoenix as an Adjunct Professor, where they designed and taught undergraduate courses in Behavioral Sciences. Gail effectively communicated and mentored a diverse student population during their time there. Gail then moved on to the Riverside County Department of Public Social Services, where they served as a Staff Development Manager. In this role, they managed and coordinated training programs for the Department of Social Services and evaluated staff performance and program effectiveness. Gail later joined California Baptist University as an Adjunct Professor, further expanding their teaching experience. Currently, Gail holds the positions of Executive Vice Dean and Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the Western University of Health Sciences, where they started as Department Chair and Assistant Professor. Their work experience demonstrates their expertise in education, curriculum design, teaching, and training evaluation.

Gail Evans Grayson, Ed.D completed their education with a Doctorate of Education from the University of La Verne, specializing in Organizational Leadership and Management, from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Masters of Arts in Behavioral Sciences with a focus on Conflict Management from California State University-Dominguez Hills in 1998 and 1999. Their undergraduate studies were completed at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where they earned a Bachelor of Sciences in Health Education and Biology between 1991 and 1996. Additionally, Gail Evans Grayson obtained the Blanchard Certified Self Leader certification from The Ken Blanchard Companies in 2022.
