Ayden Scheim, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at the Drexel University Dornsife School of Public Health since September 2019 and currently serves as a Visiting Professor at the University of California, San Francisco, in the Center for AIDS Prevention Studies. Scheim has held the position of Adjunct Assistant Professor at Western University since October 2020 and has been an Affiliate Scientist at St. Michael's Hospital since October 2018. Previously, Scheim completed a CIHR Postdoctoral Fellowship in the Division of Infectious Diseases and Global Public Health at the University of California San Diego from October 2017 to August 2019. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Western University obtained in 2017 and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Sociology from the University of Toronto in 2011.
