Isaac Ipson is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the veterinary and healthcare industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Western Veterinary Partners since May 2024, Isaac previously held multiple leadership roles at Honor from 2019 to 2024, including Vice President of Implementation and Vice President of Operations. At DaVita Kidney Care from 2015 to 2019, Isaac progressed from Regional Operations Director to Group Regional Operations Director. Prior experience includes managerial and analytical positions at Sears Holdings Corporation from 2010 to 2013. Isaac holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Business Strategy from Brigham Young University.
