Andrea Thayer

Andrea Thayer, CFE has been with the Washington State Fair since January 2001, currently holding the title of Chief Experience Officer. Andrea oversees all aspects of consumer and employee interaction in alignment with the organization's vision, and ensures consistency with the brand and mission. Andrea previously worked as the Competitive Exhibits & Grounds Entertainment Manager and as a Marketing Coordinator at the fair. Andrea also has experience as an Assistant Buyer at The Bon Marche. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Marketing from Washington State University and has completed the IAFE Institute of Fair Management program.
