Michael Augustin

Michael Augustin is an accomplished professional in the logistics and port industry, currently serving as the Industry Lead for Logistics Service Providers & Port Operations in the Americas at Westernacher Consulting since July 2016. Michael has extensive experience in shaping digital business processes utilizing SAP Best Practice Models and cloud solutions, while also leading global strategy and business development for SAP Yard Logistics. With previous roles including Global Practice Director and Practice Director Europe Yard Logistics, Michael has a solid background in project management and advisory positions across various industries. Additional experience includes project assistance at Maritimes Cluster Norddeutschland e. V., port operations at CMA CGM, and transport department involvement at Hapag-Lloyd AG.
