Julie Pero

Julie Pero is an experienced facilities management professional with a diverse background in property management and corporate real estate. Currently serving as the Director of Facilities at Westerra Credit Union since June 2020, Julie previously held the position of Senior Advisor and Property Manager for the same organization at Cresa from September 2017 to June 2020. Prior roles include Lease Administrator at Chipotle Mexican Grill and Commercial Property Manager at Regency Centers. Julie started a career in property management as a Residential Property Manager at Hana Associates. Julie holds a Master's degree in Community Health Services from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Mercyhurst University.
