Alex King

Alex King currently serves as the Global Director of People & Culture at Westfalia Fruit since April 2023, overseeing the people and cultural strategy for various global functions across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Previously, Alex held the position of Group Chief Operating Officer at Larkbury Group from November 2019 to December 2021, where responsibilities included day-to-day operations and strategic planning for multiple brands. Other notable roles include Global Director of People at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty and various positions at L'Oréal focused on internal communications and HR functions for The Body Shop. Alex also co-founded Vision Creatives, a photography business, and has a solid background in HR and operations from experiences at Best Buy Europe. Educational qualifications include a City & Guilds qualification in Business/Commerce and a Bachelor of Technology in Advanced Business Studies.
