Mike Kost

Mike Kost has extensive work experience in the roofing industry. Mike started as a Sales representative at East Coast Supply in 1981 and then moved on to work as an Inside Sales representative at Bieler, Inc in Miami, FL from 1982 to 1986. In 1987, Mike became the Director of Purchasing at Eagle Supply in Tampa. Mike then joined Hugh MacDonald Construction, Inc. in 1991 as the Vice President. After leaving Hugh MacDonald Construction in 2009, Mike worked at Alvarez Roofing as the Vice President and License-holder from 1997 to 2009. In 2010, they became the Owner of Roof Works, Inc until 2014. Currently, Mike is working as the Chief Estimator at Westfall Roofing since 2015.

Mike Kost attended Christopher Columbus H.S. from 1970 to 1973. Mike then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Spring Hill College, which they completed in 1977. Following that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Florida International University in 1980. Mike Kost also holds a certification as a state certified roofing contractor.
