Nadya Lawrence

Nadya Lawrence currently serves as the Achievers Coordinator for both Westfield Area Y and YMCA of Westfield NJ, focusing on college readiness and career development programs for minority students in grades 8-12 since April 2013. Additionally, Nadya holds positions as an Administrative Volunteer and Board Member with the Westfield Neighborhood Council, is a Partner at 7 Elements Restoration, LLC, and Co-Founder of 7 Elements Growing Communities/Astute Organization, all since July 2011. As CEO and Founder of NITUL since January 2011, Nadya has also been a student at Union County College since September 2010 and has prior experience as a Microbiology Lab Tech and Purchasing Rep at Schering-Plough Research Institute from November 2001 to June 2004. Nadya earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from UCNJ Union College of Union County, NJ, from 2010 to 2016.
