Vanessa Baez

Vanessa Baez is an experienced Product Manager at Westfield Specialty Insurance, a position held since June 2020, while also fulfilling the role of Performance Insight Analyst at Westfield during the same period. Prior to this, Vanessa served as a Business Solutions Manager at ResCare Workforce Services for six months in early 2020 and held the position of Market Director at Travelers from July 2012 to August 2019. Vanessa’s expertise includes managing competitive analysis, collaborating with senior leaders on strategic initiatives, and overseeing a $300 million book of business across multiple states. Additionally, Vanessa has experience in co-leading a development program to onboard new hires into Product Management and has a Bachelor of Science in International Business & Finance from Quinnipiac University.
