Simon Hauser

Simon Hauser is an experienced professional in the disability employment sector, currently serving as Site Manager for Westgate Community Initiatives Group Ltd. (WCIG) since January 2020, overseeing a team across multiple sites in the Maroondah region. Previously, Simon held various roles, including DES Team Leader and Employment Consultant, managing caseloads and staff inquiries while ensuring compliance with operational procedures. With a solid foundation in case management and support for high-needs clients, Simon has also contributed to organizations such as E-focus, MatchWorks, WISE Employment, and Key Solutions throughout a career that began in 2003. Simon holds a Bachelor of Design in Industrial and Product Design from RMIT University.
