Autumn Washington

Autumn Washington, MA, LPC, is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in school counseling and education. Currently serving as a K-12 School Counselor at Westgate Community School since July 2017, Autumn designs and implements a comprehensive counseling program for a diverse student population of over 500, managing a caseload of 250 students using various therapeutic approaches. Additionally, Autumn works as a Licensed Professional Counselor at SonderMind, providing research-based mental health services and supervision for those pursuing an LPC. As an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Colorado Denver since August 2020, Autumn instructs graduate-level school counseling courses in alignment with national standards. Prior experience includes roles at Buckley Air Force Base Youth Programs and Community College of Aurora, focusing on student achievement and support. Autumn holds a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver.
