Ivan Ruiz has a diverse and extensive work experience in the culinary industry. Ivan currently holds the position of Corporate Vice President of Culinary Operations at Westgate Resorts since March 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Food & Beverage at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino from October 2021, along with various other positions such as Executive Director of Culinary & Beverage Operations and Executive Director of Culinary Operations.

Before joining Westgate, Ivan worked as the Director of Food and Beverage/Executive Chef at Westgate Park City Resort and Spa from December 2016 to April 2019. Ivan also gained valuable experience as an executive sous chef at Radisson Blu from November 2011 to December 2016, and as an executive chef/F&B director at Radisson Phoenix from August 2010 to November 2011. Ivan's career began at IHG Hotel as an executive chef/F&B director from January 2009 to 2010.

Ivan honed their culinary skills as a Chef de Cuisine at La Stalla Cucina Rustica from May 2006 to January 2009 and started their journey at The Phoenician Resort- The Terrace as a chef from January 2005 to May 2006. Throughout their career, Ivan has held various leadership roles, demonstrating their ability to excel in the culinary industry.
