Alfan has a strong background in monitoring ground conditions, strain levels, and damage growth using various techniques. Alfan has previously worked at companies such as Westgold Resources Limited and Freeport-McMoRan in various geotechnical engineering roles. With a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Alfan has a solid foundation in the field.
