Al Gutierrez

Al Gutierrez is the current Director at Westhab. Prior to that, they were the Executive Managing Director at Colliers-International from September 2013 to February 2019. There, they led a brokerage team that provided tenant and landlord advisory sales and investment sales in the northern markets of NYC. Al expanded the company's geography into the healthcare market and also did off-market transactions. From April 1995 to December 2013, they were the FVP | First Vice President at CBRE. There, they led a brokerage team that provided tenant and landlord advisory sales and investment sales in Westchester and Fairfield County. Prior to that, from January 1989 to December 1995, they were a Senior Accountant at Prudential Relocation.

Al Gutierrez attended Cardinal Spellman High School and then earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Pace University - Lubin School of Business. Al followed that with a degree in finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
