Francis Byrne is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in civil-structural engineering and significant expertise in the construction and design of critical infrastructure. Currently serving as the Lead CSA Engineer at Westinghouse Power since June 2013, Byrne has been involved in the AP1000 project at Plant Vogtle in Georgia. Prior to this role, Byrne held key positions at Bechtel Power and Jacobs Engineering Group, focusing on CSA engineering for major projects including the Exxon-Mobil Refinery. Additional experience includes roles at Entergy, Sargent & Lundy, Stone and Webster Engineering Corporation, and CB&I, contributing to projects such as Yonggwang Units #3 and #4 and River Bend Station. Byrne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil-Structural Engineering from the University of Delaware.
