Adam Travis

Adam Travis currently serves as the Global AM Program Leader at Westinghouse Electric Company, overseeing the implementation of additive manufacturing strategies. Prior experience includes leadership roles in additive manufacturing at PerenniAL, where Adam managed the development of a powder market in the US, and at Arconic, where responsibilities encompassed advancing novel AM processes and establishing a state-of-the-art production facility. Additional roles at Alcoa involved research and development in process engineering, while Adam began a career in engineering at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, contributing to advanced nuclear modeling, and US Airways, focusing on mechanical failures. Adam holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
