Matthew Simonds is a Senior Counsel at Westinghouse Electric Company since 2022, previously serving as Director & Senior Counsel, Compliance & Corporate Governance at HarbisonWalker International. With a strong background in legal and military roles, Matthew served as Deputy Staff Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force for 8 years. Matthew also has experience as General Counsel at the Western Pennsylvania Home Health Association. Matthew holds a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, an M.B.A. from Duquesne University, and a BA in Political Science, Law, and Economics from Pace University.
