Phil Zhang

Phil Zhang has a diverse work experience in the energy and engineering industry. Phil currently holds the position of Vice President, Asia Operations at Westinghouse Electric Company, where they have been since 2021. Prior to this role, from 2020 to 2021, they served as the Executive Director of Transformation & Non-Nuclear Growth, Asia at the same company.

Before joining Westinghouse Electric Company, Phil Zhang worked at ABB as the Vice President of Sales & BD APAC from 2019 to 2020. Phil also held the position of Head of Sales & Business Development, APAC at ABB from 2016 to 2018.

From 2014 to 2016, Phil Zhang worked at Alstom Power as the Managing Director, China, Alstom Nuclear Power. Prior to that, they served as the Project Director of Alstom Nuclear Power and Sales Director Asia, Environment Control Sys at the same company from 2013 to 2014 and 2008 to 2013, respectively.

Phil Zhang started their career at GE in 2004 as a Senior Account Director and worked there until 2008. Before joining GE, they held the position of China Service Channel Manager at ABB from 2000 to 2004.

Phil began their career as a Project Electrical Engineer at SINOPEC in 1992, where they worked until 2000.

Phil Zhang received a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Automation & Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University in 1992. Phil then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management from 1999 to 2002.
