Brad Dickinson

Brad Dickinson has extensive experience in learning technology and training within the airline industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Learning Technology and Effectiveness at WestJet since November 2023, Brad previously held multiple roles at Swoop from October 2017 to November 2023, including Lead of Systems Support and Training and Organizational Specialist for Airports and Contact Centre. Brad's career at WestJet began in November 2007 as an Instructor, where foundational skills in education and training were developed over a decade.
