Jill Husby

Jill Husby is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an Associate Investigator at Veritas Solutions since April 2023 and as an HR Business Partner at Swoop since March 2022. In the role at Swoop, Jill leads by influence to align people strategies with business success and delivers comprehensive HR services in both unionized and non-unionized environments. Prior to these positions, Jill worked at Saskatchewan Health Authority for over a decade, providing HR support in labor relations, leading grievance negotiations, and interpreting collective agreements. Additional experience includes roles as a Human Resources Coordinator at Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP and a Human Resources Assistant with the Government of Canada. Jill holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources from the University of Saskatchewan and a certificate in Managing in Unionized Environments from Queen's University.
