Rudy B.

Rudy B. has a diverse work experience in web development and optimization. Rudy started their career as a Web Analyst at Telus Web Solutions in 1999. Rudy then worked as a Web Developer at Critical Mass from 2001 to 2006, and as a User Interface Developer at Paysafe Group from 2006 to 2009. Rudy then returned to Critical Mass as a Web Developer from 2009 to 2013. Rudy joined Content Heavy in 2010 as an Owner, where they provided web design services for small-to-medium businesses. From 2013 to 2018, Rudy worked as a Senior Web Developer at WestJet, focusing on e-commerce and web accessibility standards. Rudy later became the Digital Culture Champion at WestJet, where they facilitated initiatives to foster an innovative and high-performance culture within the Digital Team. Currently, Rudy is the Digital Optimization Developer Lead at WestJet, responsible for building and testing custom user experiences on the website. Rudy is also a Co-Creator and Curator for Investing in Anti-Racism, a Facebook Learning Group dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Rudy B. obtained a Project Management Certificate from Mount Royal University in 2014. They also completed a Diploma Program in Computer Information Systems from Mount Royal University from 1998 to 2000. Additionally, Rudy B. has pursued further education in the field of Digital Marketing & Management Information Systems at the University of Calgary. They have obtained additional certifications in Inclusive Leadership, Allyship and Anti-Racism, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace, and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for All.
