Carol Barnes

Carol Barnes is an experienced professional with a notable career in organizational change management, relationship management, and supply chain operations. Currently serving as the Organizational Change Management Lead at Westlake Chemical since January 2016, Carol oversees change, communication, and training related to systems integration following company acquisitions. In addition, Carol has held the position of Senior Relationship Manager at Axiall Corporation since 2013, focusing on managing the relationship between Information Services Corporate Finance and Enterprise Supply Chain. Carol's previous roles include IT Program Management, where responsibilities included ERP project management at Axiall, and leadership roles at AWW Acquisition Corp, Outboard Marine Corporation, GE, and Masco Corporation, demonstrating a strong background in materials management, distribution, and ERP implementation.
