Drew Gilbert

Drew Gilbert is a Senior Process Engineer at Westlake, with experience in continuous improvement leadership, capital project support, and operations support since May 2019. Previous roles include Caustic and HCl Production Engineer, managing NaOH evaporation trains and HCl synthesis units, along with quality coordination. Prior to Westlake, Drew worked at Verso Corporation as Pulp Mill Area Manager and Machine Coating Coordinator, overseeing multiple pulp production lines and implementing process improvement projects. An engineering co-op experience at Momentive Performance Materials and earlier internships at NewPage Corporation provided foundational skills in data analysis and process sampling. Drew holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University.
