James Riley

James Riley is a seasoned Fixed Equipment Reliability Engineer at Westlake Chemical, with a tenure starting in June 2013. In this role, James ensures the mechanical integrity and compliance of fixed equipment assets, develops and executes repair strategies for enhanced reliability, and conducts root cause analyses for equipment failures. Prior to this position, James served as a Grader at Centenary College of Louisiana, where responsibilities included grading for Physics I & II classes, and contributed as a Research Assistant at Florida A&M University, focusing on solving complex equations and investigating carbon nanotori. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from McNeese State University and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Centenary College of Louisiana.
