Rishi Chedi

Rishi Chedi is a seasoned professional in the field of compensation and benefits analytics, currently serving as Principal Analyst for People Analytics and Total Rewards Analytics at Westlake since February 2022, along with a role as Global Process Manager for Compensation. Prior to this, Rishi accumulated extensive experience at Hexion Inc. from September 2011 to January 2022, holding various positions including HR Process Manager for Global Compensation and Advisor for Total Rewards. Rishi's career began at Shell, where roles included Global Pay Policy and Benchmarking Analyst and Data Analyst from June 2001 to March 2011. Rishi is an alumnus of Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
