Jonathan Becerra

Jonathan Becerra has extensive experience in maintenance and housekeeping roles across various industries. Currently serving as Lead Maintenance at Westlake Housing, LP since October 2021, Jonathan is responsible for overseeing maintenance projects and assisting with administrative functions. Prior to this position, Jonathan worked as a Maintenance Engineer at Cameron Brothers Construction Company, where routine inspections and preventative maintenance were performed. Jonathan's earlier experience includes holding the position of Housekeeping Manager at La Valencia Hotel, where supervision and training of the housekeeping and laundry teams were emphasized, as well as serving as a Housekeeping Supervisor at Penn National Gaming and Hollywood Casinos, focusing on team development and operational management. Jonathan began a career in facility maintenance at Sodexo, initially as an Evs Attendant and later advancing to Project Lead, where responsibilities included maintaining hospital cleanliness and training staff on safety protocols.
