Kevin Yelle has over 20 years of work experience in the manufacturing and engineering industry. Kevin started their career at Temple-Inland, where they held multiple roles including Shift Supervisor, Coating Plant Supervisor, and Fiber Area Manager. Kevin was also involved in international assignments during their time there. In 2004, they joined James Hardie Building Products as a Plant Manager, eventually progressing to the role of Director of Engineering for the North Division. Kevin led various functional areas such as Environmental/Health/Safety, Quality Control, and Engineering/Construction. In 2015, they joined Westlake Pipe & Fittings as a Manufacturing Manager and later became the Director of Engineering.
Kevin Yelle attended St. Cloud State University from 1987 to 1989, where they pursued pre-engineering. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 1989, completing their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Pulp & Paper Science and Chemical Engineering in 1992.
