Mason Mitrovic

Mason Mitrovic is a seasoned Process Engineer with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, currently employed at Westlake Pipe & Fittings since April 2017. In this role, Mason spearheaded a high-budget specialty pipe project, managed process improvement initiatives focused on lean manufacturing, and implemented energy reduction strategies that yielded significant cost savings. Prior to this, Mason worked at Novation iQ from January 2013 to April 2017, leading various capital improvement projects and implementing ISO9001 systems. Mason's earlier experience includes a position at Navistar Inc as a Product Development Engineer, where data analysis and design experiments were central responsibilities. Mason began the professional journey with internships at the American Red Cross DeKalb County Chapter, enhancing emergency response programs. Mason holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University.
