Niall Coulter is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in managing manufacturing facilities. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Westlake Royal Building Products since October 2019, Niall oversees the operations of a PVC shake and shingle siding plant generating $50 million in annual revenue. Previously, Niall held the position of Site Manager at Klöckner Pentaplast, where the management of a 24/7 film plant with an annual revenue of $50 million was key, along with the implementation of lean processes. Niall's earlier roles include Plant Manager at 3A Composites Americas, overseeing two business units with combined revenues of $80 million, and Director of Operations at Coroplast, along with other managerial positions in plastic manufacturing. Niall holds an M.B.A. from Murray State University and a BSc in Polymer Technology from the Technological University of the Shannon, Athlone Campus.
