During their time as GM (from February 2008 to November 2009), they exhibited exceptional leadership skills by successfully executing a consolidation strategy that enabled both business units to remain EBITDA positive during a challenging period in the new home construction industry.

At Pactiv, Scott served as an Operations Manager for five years, from 2000 to 2005.
