Rod Guanche

Rod Guanche has a diverse work experience in the sales and management field. Rod started their career in 2001 as a Tech Rep at Polyfoam Products, where they worked until 2003. Rod then served as a Sales Rep (South FL West Coast) at Polyfoam Products from 2003 to 2005. Following this, they worked as a Project Manager at Roof Tile Systems from 2005 to 2006. From 2006 to 2009, they were a Sales Representative at Polyfoam Products. Rod Guanche then transitioned to the role of Sales Manager at Polyfoam Products, a 3M Company, from 2009 to 2012. Since 2012, they have been associated with Boral Roofing, starting as an Area Sales Manager until 2017, when they became a Regional Sales Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Sales at Boral Roofing.
