Laila Lee

Laila Lee, BBA, CPHR, SHRM-SCP, CEBS has extensive experience in HR spanning various roles and companies. Most recently, Laila served as the Senior Director at Westland Insurance Group Ltd., where they led HR initiatives, Payroll operations, Total Rewards administration, and M&A activities. Prior to that, they held positions at Colliers International, managing HR operations, compensation analysis, benefits programs, and recruitment. Laila began their career as a Recruitment Coordinator at Impark and Kodak, developing their skills in talent acquisition.

Laila Lee obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2011. Subsequently, they earned the CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) designation in Benefit and Compensation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans in 2021. Additionally, they became an ISCEBS Gold Member in Canada in 2022.
