Shelly Maurer has extensive experience in the insurance industry, holding various senior management roles over the years. Shelly started their career at Valley First, a division of First West Credit Union in 1992 as a Senior Manager of Insurance Operations. Shelly then moved on to become the President of the Credit Union Insurance Services Association in 2011. Later, they joined First West Insurance Services in 2012 as a Senior Manager of Operations & Sales Support. In 2019, Shelly transitioned to Westland Insurance Group Ltd., where they took on roles as Manager of Insurance Operations and currently serves as the Director of Operations.
Shelly Maurer obtained a CAIB degree from the Insurance Brokers Association of Canada.
