Becky Chapman

Becky Chapman has extensive experience in digital transformation and customer engagement within local government. Currently serving as the interim Chief Digital and Innovation Officer and Chief Delivery and Engagement Officer at Westminster City Council since February 2023, Becky's previous roles include Director & Transformation Consultant at A to B Contracting Ltd and Strategic Lead for Digital & Innovation at Westminster City Council. With a focus on smart city initiatives and customer experience, Becky has led various projects, including the development of Westminster's Customer Experience and Digital Strategy and the implementation of the Smart Place project in Sutton. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Applied Social Science: Criminology from the University of York and a Master's degree in Public Sector Management from the University of Warwick.
